The Administration guarantees management and control of the accounting, statutory, fiscal, financial, budget-related and general federative services activities, along with all activities relating to human resources management, in compliance with prevailing legislation and the strategies undertaken by the Presidential Committee and the Board. It provides for collecting and analysing data in order to prepare the budget of the Federation and the Associations and to draw up accurate income statements and balance sheets. It provides for handling the purchasing area, stationery supplies and organizes travel. It guarantees proper handling of member accounting, while ensuring collection of federation and association fees. It provides for ensuring proper operations of the copy centre and ensures that notices and documents reach all members. It provides for handling the reception area, telephone operator, logistics, and the warehouse; it supplies operating and logistical assistance for personnel training activities and supplies operating assistance for activities relating to development of the association.
